She can supply the highest weapon power to 2 allies and she can also grant 100% accuracy + 20% crit chance. Her Caring trait is also helpful during battle, where she can drop +20 Healing and Shield. Abilities:
- SMI Support (Active) – Calls in SMI support to CLEANSE all negative effects and SHIELD all allies for 100% ABILITY POWER.
- OPSAT Uplink (Passive) – Rank 4 – When an ally, or self, is preparing an OFFENSIVE ABILITY, grants them +100% POTENCY for 5 SECONDS and +50% ABILITY POWER for 5 SECONDS.
Squad Perks:
- Night Vision (Faction Perk)
- 2 Soldiers – Supplies the 2 allies with the highest WEAPON POWER exclusive 4th Echelon tech, permanently granting them 100% ACCURACY & +20% CRITICAL CHANCE.
- 3 Soldiers – Increased to the 3 allies with the highest WEAPON POWER, and in addition, they are also granted +40% CRITICAL POWER.
- 5 Soldiers – ALL ALLIES are now supplied with the exclusive tech.
- Caring (Trait Perk)
- Soldiers – Allies form a tighter-knit squad, receiving +20% HEALING & SHIELDS.
- 3 Soldiers – Increased to +30% HEALING & SHIELDS.
- 5 Soldiers – Increased to +40% HEALING & SHIELDS.

Abilities:
- Interrogation (Active) – Sneak up to interrogate the FARTHEST enemy, causing ROOT. Then stab them for 120% ABILITY POWER, causing BLEED for 80% ABILITY POWER over 5 SECONDS. Caveira is UNSTOPPABLE during her ability.
- Silent Step (Passive) – Rank 4 – Provides STEALTH when moving around the battlefield.
Squad Perks:
- Unbreakable (Faction Perk)
- 2 Soldiers – The squad is an unbreakable unit, upon receiving a CONTROL EFFECT, allies are able to overcome it, removing it and all other CONTROL EFFECTS after 1 SECOND(S).
- 3 Soldiers – CONTROL EFFECTS are now removed IMMEDIATELY.
- 5 Soldiers – Additionally, after removing any CONTROL EFFECT, allies retaliate, applying the CONTROL EFFECT to the enemy that cast it for 7 seconds (excluding taunt).
- Intimidating (Trait Perk)
- 2 Soldiers – While above 75% HEALTH, allies are intimidating to the enemy, receiving +30% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER.
- 3 Soldiers – Increased to +60% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER.
- 5 Soldiers – Increased to +120% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER.

Abilities:
- Fearless Leader (Active) – TAUNTS all enemies and HEALS himself for 40% ABILITY POWER per enemy taunted. Any enemies who resist (or are not taunted for any reason), are instead FEARED for 3 seconds.
- True Believer (Passive) – Rank 4 – Receives -90% AREA DAMAGE. Additionally, regenerates 0.5% HEALTH each second per enemy targeting him.
Squad Perks:
- Martyr’s Blessing (Faction Perk)
- 2 Soldiers – When the first Santa Blanca ally drops below 15% HEALTH, they are blessed by the Devine, and their HEALTH is fully restored.
- 3 Soldiers – Additionally, the blessed ally is permanently IMMUNE TO CONTROL EFFECTS.
- 5 Soldiers – Additionally, the blessed ally is seen as a martyr, inspiring all remaining allies and granting them +100% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER for 10 SECONDS.
- Enduring (Trait Perk)
- 2 Soldiers – While allies are below 40% HEALTH, they are able to endure the harsh situation and receive +30% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
- 3 Soldiers – Increased to +50% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
- 5 Soldiers – Increased to +75% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
