You and she will have a dialogue cutscene where she will ask you to get 3 Bitter Leaves. After the cutscene, you will be going to talk to Anise of the Medical Corps. She will elaborate that to get the Bitter Leaves, you will bring a Pokemon with Three Leaves. In this context, she is talking about Petilil. The dialogues between Shinon & Anise will trigger your 29th Quest, The Search for Bitter Leaves. All you have to do is find and catch a Petilil.
