How to find Items in Teamfight Tactics (TFT)
Before we explain how to get items in Teamfight Tactics, you should know that it drops randomly when you fight against other players’ team or creeps. The best place to discover the best TFT cheat sheet is Carousel rounds.
In carousel round, every player jumps in a portal and they are thrown into a room together. There are some heroes who walk around in a circle and some of them will have an item in their possession. In TFT, every player has an opportunity to choose a particular hero and the order is determined by health total (lowest health goes first, it’s a catch-up mechanic). It is to be noted that most of the time, you will have to focus more on the items then the real heroes because items are way important than some of the actual heroes.
Talking about yet another feature of TFT, it also has a feature allowing you to move items. You can only discover items off of heroes by selling them that means you will have to be more careful with how you place items on your units. If you want to potentially stack items on a late-game hero, you will need to place items on units that you plan to sell in the late game.

B.F Sword Combinations
- +B.F. Sword = Deathblade: Contributing to a kill grants +30 Attack Damage for the remainder of combat. This effect can stack any number of times (starting at 1).
- +Chain Vest = Guardian Angel: Wearer revives with 400 HP.
- +Needlessly Large Rod = Hextech Gunblade: Heal for 45% of all spell damage dealt
- +Tear of the Goddess = Spear of Shojin: After casting, wearer gains 18% of its max Mana per attack
- +Recurve Bow = Giant Slayer: Attacks and spells deal 20% bonus damage as true damage. This bonus increases to 80% if the target has more than 1500 health.
- +Spatula = Blade of the Ruined King: Wearer is also a Blademaster.
- +Negatron Cloak = Bloodthirster: Basic Attacks heal the wearer for 45% of the damage dealt.
- +Giant’s Belt = Zeke’s Herald: When combat begins, the wearer and all allies within 1 hex in the same row gain +30% Attack Speed for the rest of combat.
- +Sparring Gloves = Infinity Edge: (UNIQUE) The holder gains 100% critical hit chance, and 20% bonus critical strike damage.

- +Needlessly Large Rod = Locket of the Iron Solari: Shields allies within two hexes in the same row for 250 / 275 / 350 damage for 8 seconds (scales with wearer’s Star Level).
- +B.F Sword = Guardian Angel: Wearer revives with 400 HP.
- +Chain Vest = Bramble Vest: Negates bonus damage from incoming critical hits. On being hit by a Basic Attack, deal 100 / 140 / 200 magic damage to all nearby enemies (once every 2.5 second maximum). Scales with wearer’s Star Level.
- +Recurve Bow = Titan’s Resolve: When the wearer takes damage or inflicts a critical hit, they gain a 2% stacking damage bonus. Stacks up to 50 times, at which point the wearer gains 25 Armor and Magic Resistance, and increases in size.
- +Tear of the Goddess = Frozen Heart: Adjacent enemies lose 50% Attack Speed. (Stacking increases the radius of this effect, not the amount of the slow).
- +Negatron Cloak = Sword Breaker: 25% chance to disarm for 3 seconds.
- +Giant’s Belt = Red Buff: Wearer’s Basic Attacks burn the target on-hit, dealing 25% of the target’s Maximum Health as true damage over 10 seconds and reducing healing by 50% for the duration of the burn.
- +Spatula = Rebel Medal: Wearer is also a Rebel.
- +Sparring Gloves = Shroud of Stillness: When combat begins, shoots a beam straight ahead that delays affected enemies’ first spellcast, increasing their max Mana by 40% until they cast.

- +Needlessly Large Rod = Morellonomicon: When the wearer deals damage with their spell, they burn the target, dealing 25% of the target’s Maximum Health as true damage over 10 seconds and reducing healing by 50% for the duration of the burn.
- +Tear of the Goddess = Redemption: When the wearer dies, allies are healed for 800 Health.
- +Chain Vest = Red Buff: Wearer’s Basic Attacks burn the target on-hit, dealing 25% of the target’s Maximum Health as true damage over 10 seconds and reducing healing by 50% for the duration of the burn.
- +Negatron Cloak = Zephyr: When combat begins, the wearer summons a whirlwind on the opposite side of the arena that removes the closest enemy from combat for 5 seconds.
- +Giant’s Belt = Warmog’s Armor: Grants 1000 health.

- +Negatron Cloak = Ionic Spark: Enemies within 2 hexes have their Magic Resist reduced by 40% (does not stack). When they cast a spell, they are zapped taking magic damage equal to 225% of their max Mana.
