However, you cannot unlock the Terminal Overload Key until you have completed the Lightfall campaign and the Welcome to the Halls of Heroes quest after that. Once you are done with it, you’ll get the Stargazer quest from Quinn Laghari in the hall which will allow you to get closer to the key.
