How to Get Mewtwo in Super Smash Bros Ultimate
You can get the Mewtwo character by playing and grinding on the Classic Mode or defeating the opponents in the Vs mode. As there are several ways to unlock Mewtwo, you can also get them through Adventure mode, World of Life, and the “Challenger’s approaches” mode. Let’s look at all these methods in more detail:
- Speaking of the first method, you will face different random characters in the Classic Mode as you progress.
- While all of the characters lead you to Mewtwo down the road, playing as Fox will lead you faster.
- If you are playing as Fox, Mewtwo is the eighth character you will face.
- Alternatively, you can also pick one of the characters unlocked by playing Fox to face Mewtwo.
- Once you face them, defeat Mewtwo to unlock them as a playable character.
- Now, for the second method, you can unlock them by defeating the opponents in the Vs. mode.
- Mewtwo is the 60th character you will face against. And you will unlock them after you defeat them.
- If you lost the match, you can rematch with the Challenger’s Approaches mode. It is an option to the bottom right of the screen that allows players to rematch against the fighter they lost to.
- In this case, it will be Mewtwo. You will unlock them as playable characters after you defeat them.
- One of the other methods to unlock Mewtwo is through the World of Life (Adventure mode).
- You can find them in the Mysterious Dimension as you defeat the spirit of Wispy Wood. Although it is a bit long and a grinding process, it will unlock other characters as well.
