Stray was probably the most adorable game shown off during the PlayStation 5 reveal event. Though it is not clear as to what the game really is about, you will be able to control a cat and traverse through a city populated by robots.
The game will get you entangled in a cybercity which you must escape and uncover an ancient mystery. The premise of the game looks amazing and so does the setting of the city. Though the game looks pretty harmless, it will probably be full of puzzles and mysteries for us to solve.
Published by Annapurna Interactive, Stray is set to release in 2021 for the PlayStation 5. As per the trailer, you will be able to crawl and climb up to anywhere you think possible for a cat to go.
It looks like you’re on a mission as a cat and this will take you places and discover the city from the perspective of a cat. One of the biggest highpoints of Stray is the fact that it is developed by BlueTwelve a two-person team.
In a recent interview a representative from Annapurna Interactive said, “Players will play as a stray cat, roaming surroundings high and low, defend against unforeseen threats and solve the mysteries of this unwelcoming place inhabited by nothing but unassuming droids and dangerous creatures. Lost, alone and separated from family, players must untangle an ancient mystery to escape a long-forgotten cybercity and find the way home.”
The game shows that robots have taken over the world and humans are long gone. You can also see the words “RIP Humans” written on a wall.
This is certainly one of the most adorable games that we have seen in recent time and we cannot wait for the launch of this particular game.
