When you apply Pyro on the Stone Pillar Seals, the puzzle will be solved. Once you see the green energy disappearing, you will be able to see that this is working. However, you need to be prepared to battle the enemy held captive in the pillar. Upon defeating the enemy, you will have unlocked a few useful rewards to use in Genshin.
