Stardew Valley is full of choices. From giving gifts to making donations, everything impacts the upcoming events. One of the major decisions that you get to make very early in the game is who to side with: Community Center or JojaMart. Both have pros and cons, so no matter which you select, you will be gaining and losing something. However, if you sided with the Community Center, then these are the bundles you must complete to restore it.
How to Unlock Community Center in Stardew Valley
You must visit the Pelican from the Bus Stop route on a clear day after Spring Year 1, Day 5. This will trigger a cutscene with Mayor Lewis, who will ask you to restore the Community Center and tell you his reason for the same. Once the cutscene is over, enter the building and go to the room on the left side. That room has a golden button-like tile; interact with it to find the Junimo scroll. The next day, you will receive an mail. Go and meet the Wizard in Wizard Tower (Cindersap Forest).
After the cutscene, you will get the ability to read the Junimo. Visit the Community Center and interact with the same scroll tile to find all the bundles you can complete there in that room. As you finish some of the bundles, other room tiles will appear in their rooms. While it will take time to unlock all the rooms, you should be prepared with the donations items beforehand with this list:

The Missing Bundle (Abandoned JojaMart)
After completely restoring the Community Center on one stormy and rainy night, you will trigger a cutscene leading you to abandoned JojaMart. In there, you will find the Missing Bundle, whose reward is to convert the mart into a Movie Theater:

SDV Community Center Remixed Bundles
Once you have finished all the bundles in the first run, you might not want to collect the same one in the next run. This option is available when creating a new game. It mixes the bundles and gives you a random one that might or might not have a similar list of requirements. Exceptions are The Vault and Missing Bundles.
