How to Get Premium Thick Hide in Soulmask
There are different ways to obtain this material:
Collect from Animals
You can harvest Premium Thick Hide from animals such as mammoths, brown bears, giant elephants, armadillo lizard and elite alligators in Soulmask. These aren’t going to be easy to take down, so ensure you are equipped with the best weapon in your arsenal, have good armor and carry bandages to heal up.
Find it in Chests
Apart from this, there’s also a chance of finding it in Supplies Chests in Ancient Ruins and Barbarian camps. Head to the Ancient Ruins near the pyramid to check whether you can get some amount of Premium Thick Hide from the chest there.

Craft the Item
You can also craft it if you have Medium Slaughtering unlocked under Bonfire. You should see the Premium Carcass Dissection blueprint section with Premium Thick Hide. The crafting materials you need to craft Premium Thick Hide are Elite Alligator Carcass Chunk x1 and Premium Thick Hide Carcass Chunk x1. You can craft it at the Butcher’s Table.
Now that you have Premium Thick Hide in Soulmask, you’re ready to craft Premium Thick Leather. You need x1 Premium Thick Hide, x1 Tanning Fluid, x2 Lime and a Tanning Rack to make it.
