The sequel to the slime farming game is out and it has some interesting new features and updates. Although it is still in early access, you can start your slimy adventure into the new Rainbow Island map as Beatrix LeBeau today. There are a plethora of different Slime varieties in this game, earning you different types of Plorts. One of these are the Fire Slimes that require distinct conditions to spawn and can only be found in specific biomes. They need either Lava or Ash to survive. So in this guide we will discuss how you can find and feed Fire Slimes in Slime Rancher 2.

What to Feed Fire Slimes in Slime Rancher 2?

Now if you have Fire Slime abode in your Incinerator Ash Through, you must be wondering what to feed them. Luckily, Fire Slimes don’t have a specific food preference as long as it has been burnt down to ash. So all you need to do is put any food item you have into the Incinerator and get Ash. Now you can feed that to the Fire Slime to get Fire Plorts.

How to Find Fire Slime

In order to find Fire Slime you need to go into depths of the Ember Valley region towards the pools of lava or inside of the Volcano. These are usually found on the west of the Ember Valley portion of the map.

Now, Ember Valley isn’t instantly accessible at first, you need to unlock it. You can do this by feeding the large Pink Gordo in northern Rainbow Fields. Once you have entered Ember Valley, you can try to look for Radiant Ore to get a Jetpack upgrade. This can make your Fire Slime scouting adventure even easier.
