Oddworld Soulstorm Slig Stops Moving Bug Solution

Published Date :

Oddworld: Soulstorm made its feature as a free PS Plus game of April 2021 and introduced us to many cute-looking but nasty monsters. One of these is sligs. They are slaves of the Magog Cartel and serve as their security forces. These green creatures with robotic legs and tendrils on their mouth come in 10 variants. The game does have its share of bugs, one of which is that these Sligs glitch and stop moving. This might not have been a problem if they stop responding altogether but the slig just keeps a watch on one direction which might be the path you have to cross. To get them moving again, you can try out the steps that we mentioned here in our guide Oddworld Soulstorm Slig Stops Moving Bug Solution.

Solution for Slig bug in Oddworld: Soulstorm

The Sligs are very active patrol guys and take their job very seriously. Now it might work in your favor if they glitch in the other direction of your path. However, if they stop moving on the path you want to go, simply distract them. Any kind of noise or distraction like throwing stuff at these poor slaves would make them come out of their trance and start guarding their assigned path again. If this method does not work, you will have to restart the game from the last checkpoint, unfortunately.
