how to unlock abilities from skill trees in gotham knights

In Gotham Knights, you can use the Skill trees for every character to get new abilities for them. Each character has unique abilities that make them suitable for a certain situation. For example, Batgirl has skills that allow her to hack cameras and drones, but Robin has skills more focused on stealth. Hence you can accordingly play as a certain character for a particular mission. So let us quickly check how the skill trees work in Gotham Knights and how to unlock abilities.

How Skill Trees Work in Gotham Knights

gotham knights how skill trees work

Skill trees allow you to gain and improve the abilities of the 4 characters in this game. Each character gets 4 skill trees where they can unlock 7 abilities each.

3 of these skill trees need you to spend your Ability Points (AP) to unlock abilities in them. And the Knighthood tree which is a common tree for all 4 characters needs you to complete certain challenges with each of them.

So for the first 3 trees, the Ability points you earn for your main character will also be available for the other characters. This makes it easy and you don’t have to earn Ability points individually for each character. But for Knighthood Challenges, as mentioned before each character has to complete their set of challenges. These will give the characters unique Abilities.

Below is the information on the skill tree of every character:
