As per multiple leaks, it appears that fans can expect to see the sports legend as a playable character in the game very soon.
Is Shaq Coming to Fortnite?
DJ Diesel, Shaquille O’Neal’s DJ persona shared a sneak peek of his Fortnite model during a set in Toronto, Canada and the video (that was shared on TikTok as well as Instagram) was captioned “Toronto… last night was EPIC” hinting towards a Shaq x Epic Games collab.

Adding to this, well-known leaker Shiina has shared that this collab with Shaq is coming out on October 4, 2024 so it’s all but confirmed by Epic (yet).
Shiina has also revealed that there are going to be 3 Fortnitemares 2024 collaborations including Leatherface, Billy the Puppet (Saw) and new Marshmello skins.
Lastly, as per @NotPaloleaks, a new Icon set arrives on the same day as the Shaq collab drop in Fortnite. Here are the details:

While the actual skins are not yet known, some speculate that it could be either Christiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi or Pharrell Williams. That’s because Piece by Piece, a new LEGO movie, produced by and starring Pharrell Williams is coming out on October 11, 2024 and this could be the perfect collab to promote it to Fortnite’s audience.
