Scorn is a first-player biopunk horror-survival and adventure videogame by the Serbian developer, Ebb Software. While the game has a plethora of puzzles, it doesn’t explain much of the in-game mechanics. One of these mechanics includes the ability to heal which you unlock as you progress with the game. But several players are quite confused about using or unlocking it. So, here’s our guide on how to heal in Scorn.
How to Heal in Scorn
It is pretty simple to heal in the Scorn. You can hit the left bumper (LB) button key on your Xbox console to heal. For PC players, press the E button key to use the healing ability. But as mentioned earlier, you need to unlock the healing ability before using it.
Follow the below steps to unlock and recharge the healing ability:
- You can unlock the healing ability as you activate the Red pods in the second Alien structure.
- As you insert the key into its interface, head further to find a pod or console.
- You have to interact with the pod or console to its left. Upon interacting with it, you will find fat and round flesh with tentacles looming out of it in your hand.
- This will restore a segment of your health bar with one charge. In total, there are eight healing charges that you can use.
- But when you unlock it for the first time, you will get only a single charge.
- To recharge the healing equipment, you need to find the Blood banks. Every blood bank can recharge three or four heal charges with a maximum of eight.
- You can find the Blood banks scattered around the dark corners of the open world in Scorn. We suggest looking for them in hidden dark areas and unusual places.
- You can check the remaining healing charges by aiming equipped weapon or checking the inventory.
