How to Use Runic Summon in God of War Ragnarok
Runic Summons can only be used when you have a companion around you. While they are quite easy to execute, it will take some time before you can collect them. Also, the fact that they have a cooldown period means you cannot use them every single time.
Having said that, you can use Runic Summon in God of War Ragnarok by simply pressing and holding Square. While it sounds quite simple, finding them can be difficult and time-consuming.
All Runic Summon Locations in GoW Ragnarok
The following are the locations where you can find the particular Runic Summon in God of War Ragnarok:
- Wrath of the Wolves – You can collect this from a Legendary Chest at the end of a wooden walkway in Helheim during Unleashing Hel.
- Falcon’s Dive – You can collect this from the body of an Ogre during the mission Into the Fire.
- Bitter Squirrel – You can collect this from a Legendary Chest in the Frozen Caverns of Niflheim during the Unlocking the Mask mission.
- Rampaging Ibex – You can collect this from a Legendary Chest in the Lost Sanctuary.
Apart from these Runic Summon in God of War Ragnarok, there are a few of them that Freya possesses:
- Steel Harmony – Freya casts a ranged attack with spectral blades using her sword.
- Seidr Exhale – Freya will summon poison gas and envelop the enemies within it.
- Invoke the Storm – Freya will perform an AoE attack setting off small electrical explosions.
- The Queen’s Roar – Freya brings out her wings, goes upwards, and slams on the ground while damaging enemies.
