To romance Wyll in BG3, you will need to get a high approval rating from him before starting the Rescue Druid Hlasin quest. Once your approval is high enough, you will need to complete the Save the Refugees side quest. Once that is done, a celebration will start with the refugees at the campsite. During this time, you will be able to speak with Wyll and choose the “We should explore this bond in my bunk tonight” option.
Players will then have the option to select their bedroll and invite Wyll to share the bed with. Doing so will initiate a kiss scene which will be interrupted. However, you will have now two dialogue options to romance Wyll in Baldur’s Gate 3.

How to Raise Wyll’s Approval
Players will find Wyll at the Druid Grove area during the Removing the Parasite quest. Once the battle is complete, you will be able to recruit him as your Companion. One of the easiest ways to raise your approval with Wyll is by choosing to be heroic, lending a helping hand, and not supporting monsters such as Devils, and Goblins. - Agreeing to help Zevlor
- Crushing the Tadpole outside of the Druid Grove
