Here’s how to get reroll in Rockman X DIVEMega Man X DIVE / Rockman X DIVE according to the all character Tier List:

• Once you start the game, log in by using the Guest Account option.
• Do not click on Twitter, FaceBook, Lin, or any other ways to create an account.
• Complete the tutorial and both 1-1 & 1-2 stages.
• Once you finish the weapon tutorial, go to the main lobby.
• Click on the Mailbox on the top right side of the screen.
• You will get free EM once you collect the rewards from here.
• Go back to the Lobby.
• Click on Capsule.
• Use 1000 EMs to get x10 Rolls.
• You can get more by completing achievements & missions.
• You can use them to get the same x10 rolls, making it two x20 Capsules in total.
• Check if you have received the characters & weapons you wanted.
• If you are happy, link your Twitter, Facebook, or Line account to store your progression.
• If you want to reroll again, close and restart the game.
• On the log-in screen select “Log Out” from the top right side of the screen.
• Repeat the process again till you get your desired characters and weapons.
• Once done, save your progression by binding your accounts with Twitter, FB, or Line.
