Having a damaged House and looking to Repair it in Sons of the Forest? Then you have just arrived at the right place. While trying to survive against the odds in the woods, there are several things for you to take care of. Having our own base house is one of those things in this game. However, houses are not indestructible and take damage after getting attacked. In such instances, repairing the structure is better than building it all over again. So, what can you do to get the job done here? Here is everything you should know.
How to Repair a Structure in Sons of the Forest
In order to repair any structure like a House, you are required to craft a Repair Tool. You can build a Repair Tool by combining a Rock, Stick, and a Rope. Rocks can be found scattered anywhere on the land. You can get a Stick by chopping off a wooden log with a sharp axe. Last but not least, a Rope can be found in multiple locations like enemy camps, Coasts, Cliff Edges, and inside a Cave.
Once you have obtained all the required items, head over to the Inventory by pressing the ‘I’ key. After that, place all the 3 items on the grey mat. After that, combine all three of them to finally craft a Repair Tool in Sons of the Forest. Now that you have the perfect equipment needed, simply use it to repair the damaged part of the houses in Sons of the Forest. A damaged part of the structure or house will appear broken in Sons of the Forest.
Although, you can save all of these efforts by disabling the Structure Damage option. You can do so by entering Options > Gameplay > Structure Damage. This will disable the feature that causes the structure to take damage.
