You can unequip your current Fruit by talking to Silver Hair in Anime Fighting Simulator X. Here are a few steps to follow:

1. Find the Gym

Look for the Gym on the map. It is one of the training locations where you can get x6 Strength and x6 Speed. Use the minimap from the left sidebar to locate it. You will find it on the top left side of the island. Get yourself near the Gym.

2. Find Silver Hair

Once you reach the Gym, do not enter it. Go to the backside of it where you will find a NPC standing on a cliff. Now climb it to reach the NPC named Silver Hair.

3. Interact with Silver Hair

After you have found him, press E to interact with him. You will need 5,000 Chikara to do this. Once you pay him, your current Fruit will be removed.

You can equip new Fruit after resetting the old one. Go to the Inventory and scroll through the Fruits tab. You can select the one you want for your character and start using its abilities from here.
