Have you already met Wyll and looking forward to recruiting him in Baldur’s Gate 3? This character can prove to be one of your best companions as he brings classic Warlock Charisma to the deck. I am sure that after your first meeting with Wyll, you’ll be automatically convinced to have him in your squad. However, certain tasks need to be completed before getting this job done. So, here’s how you can recruit Wyll and add him to your Party in BG3.
How to Recruit Wyll in BG3
You cross paths with Wyll during one of the opening segments of the game. He is found near the crash site saving a bunch of people from the Goblins. To recruit Wyll, you must visit his location in Druid Grove where he can be found training sword-fighting to some Tiefling children. You can close in and initiate a conversation with him to know more about him. And during this interaction, you’ll be able to Recruit Wyll in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).
You’ll just have to help him fight against the Goblin Leader, Karlach. Accepting his proposal will begin the quest ‘Blade of Frontiers’ which is easy to complete. After a Long Rest, Wyll will finally be recruited and he’ll start showing up at your camp in Baldur’s Gate 3.
For those who don’t know, Karlach is a great Tiefling Barbarian and can be recruited as well. However, you’ll have to make sure that Karlach and Wyll don’t end up beating each other out. Overall, both Karlach and Wyll make a good addition to your party and must be recruited without wasting time.
And that’s how you can Recruit Wyll in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3). Besides the Warlock, you can also Recruit Astarion (Vampire Spawn) in BG3 to add some Rogue flavor to your party. To do so, simply head over to your Baldur’s Gate 3 section. We have stacked up plenty of helpful guides for you there.
