Arcane Odyssey is a fun Roblox game that revolves around sailing across the War seas with a crew. While you start as an outcast, you might end up becoming a renowned captain. How to Recruit Deckhands in Arcane Odyssey
You can find the Deckhands in almost every town in the game. When you interact and talk to them, it will show their stats and renown requirement to recruit them. You can calculate the renown requirement by multiplying their current level with x1000 and their Tiers. This requirement works with either Bounty or Fame. But every tier or skill of the Deckhand also multiplies the Renown Requirement further. For example, if it’s the second Deckhand tier, the Adept, its Renown requirement will be multiplied by the Level x 1000 x 2.
So, here are all the tiers of the Deckhands and their required Renown requirements:
- Rookie: Level x 1000
- Adept: Level x 1000 x 2
- Elite: Level x 1000 x 4
- Master: Level x 1000 x 6
- Legendary: Level x 1000 x 8
If you have the required renown, you can invite the Deckhand to your crew and recruit them by talking to them. But if you don’t have the required renown, they will say that they are looking for a famous captain to join up and sail the seas. You will be rewarded with the singular stat increase of your ship for every Deckhand you recruit.
As you recruit the particular Deckhand, you can also see their offering stats. You can upgrade them by talking to them once they have joined your ship. Quite obviously, larger ships can carry more Deckhands as compared to smaller ships. Also, if you equip a smaller ship and cannot see your Deckhands, it’s because of its maximum spawn size. Don’t worry as these Deckhands are not deleted from your crew.
In addition to that, you can also fire or remove the Deckhands from your ship by talking to them. You have to select the Leave option when interacting with them. This would allow the space to recruit a new Deckhand for your crew.
