Mankey evolves into Primeape and you can find them on many trees in the Western Province and a few in the Southern one. Once you knock the Pokemon down from the trees and catch them, you will have to level it up to 28 to get Primeape.

Now that you have Primeape, you can get the Rage Fist in Pokemon Scarlet Violet once you level it up to 35. Once you reach level 35, you can teach this as sort of a Signature move. There is no other way to learn the Rage Fist, not even through TM.

How to Evolve Primeape to Annihilape in Pokemon SV

Now that you have the Rage Fist on your Primeape, you need to use it in battle. Once you use the Rage Fist 20 times with your Primeape in Pokemon SV, you will evolve it to Annihilape. Make sure that you land the blows on your opponent. Annihilape is a ghost-type Pokemon and will be useful for your Pokedex.
