Minecraft Legends Player Count – How Many People Are Playing?

Updated Date :

Minecraft Legends has managed to accumulate over a million players in a short span of time. This spinoff title has received some mixed responses from the players. The difference between positive and negative reviews is so thin that players are getting confused. However, it all comes down to the player count of Minecraft Legends making it a success for the developers. So, to help you out, we have gathered some statistics suggesting an estimated number of users who play this real-time sandbox game.

Minecraft Legends Player Count

Minecraft Legends was initially released on April 18th, 2023 for all the major gaming platforms. The first milestone was achieved when the title got over 3 million downloads in just 10 days of its release date. If we compare this data with Minecraft (2011), then it hit approximately 1.5 million downloads in the same time frame. To date, the predecessor has reached a mark of over 238 million downloads.

Further, speaking of active people playing Minecraft Legends, there were over 5000 active players on the first day. Since then, the player count has dropped massively which is expected due to its genre. At the time of publishing this article, there were almost 150 active players playing it. However, all these data represent the player count for Minecraft Legends PC only. Sadly, no stats were released for console players. Thanks to Steam Charts for providing us with all the required information.

As of April 19, 2024, the Steam numbers are astonishingly low. Currently, 16 players are in-game with a 24 hour peak of only 24 players. The all-time peak was of 5322 players, 12 months ago.

Having more people in the server might cause Minecraft Legends’ Multiplayer to get broken. Thankfully, you can check out our fix guide to get rid of this issue.
