However, it is the lower part of the manor, and it can only be accessed through a hole in the roof. The Caria Manor is a well-known location northwest of Liurnia of the Lakes. Since you are looking for Pidia, you already have completed the manor and have access to the Three Sisters sub-region.
From the Three Sisters sub-region, you must carefully head down the cliffs on Torrent until you come across a location with wooden platforms on the outer walls. Get down to these wooden platforms, and you will come across a roof with a huge hole. This is where you can find the Carian Servant Pidia in Elden Ring.
