Cyloop is one of the most important moves that you should learn to do in Sonic Frontiers. While you could do it directly in some previous, in this game you have to unlock it first. But cyloop is definitely worth getting, as it is easy to execute and it has many uses. So without further ado let us check how to perform a Cyloop in Sonic Frontiers and how you can unlock it.
How to Do a Cyloop in Sonic Frontiers
You can perform a Cyloop by running around in a circle in an area after unlocking the skill. We will get to how you can unlock it in a bit. When you start to do a cyloop you can watch Sonic leave a blue color trail behind him. As the name implies, you need to run a full circle and make a loop out of it. When the loop is correct you can see the circle turn a shade of Pink.
This is an excellent mechanic that you can use in combat. When used on smaller enemies, it will launch and suspend them in the air for a short while. Giving you an opening to attack them. But its biggest use is against enemies that have a strong defense that covers themselves in armor. Use a cyloop on them to lower their defenses and make them vulnerable to your attacks.
Other than combat you can use it for solving puzzles. You can also use it on various objects in the environment. Lastly, one good use of it is in open fields. Make a cyloop in such areas to reveal hidden rings.
If you haven’t unlocked it, here is how you can do that.
How to Unlock Cyloop
You can unlock Cyloop by spending 1 Skill point in the Skill Tree. The best part is this is the first skill on the tree and the easiest to acquire when compared to the other skills. In order to get skill points you should beat up any smaller enemies you come across. Upon defeat, they drop blue glowing things known as Skill Pieces. After you collect enough skill pieces you get 1 Skill Point.
