Operation Blade can be purchased from NPC Magma Minion of Hot Island. And you have to meet two requirements to buy this blade from him.

If you are low on Beli, you can use these Haze Piece codes to get some. As for level, take a quest from Quest Giver of your level and grind to increase till you cross 1000+ level. While grinding, make sure you set the spawn location to the island of the current level.
How to Buy Operation Blade in Haze Piece
Now, once you meet both requirements, navigate to the Hot Island. It is on the left of Starter Island. Level 1450 island that you see on the map is Hot and Cold Island.
- Take a boat and go there.
- Once you reach there, look for the black rock hill. Climb to the top of the mountain.
- There you’ll see a lava pool. On the side of the lava is a hidden door.
- Find the door and break to find NPC Magma Minion.
- Interact with him and he will tell you that he is selling Operation Blade for $250,000 to level 1000+ only.
- Accept and buy the blade.
