A lot of Genshin Impact Players seem to be having trouble opening up notices in the game. For some, the game outright freezes, and for others, it just doesn’t open. Notices are quite important in Genshin Impact as they tell you what’s new in the game. It also gives you patch notes, redeemable links, and info about the currently ongoing events. These are some of the fixes that you can try to fix the notices not working issue. Remember that these aren’t any official fixes but just workarounds. Also thanks to users u/Master_Unlikely, u/Satoru5, and u/zery87 on Reddit for sharing these fixes. So here are the fixes:

  • Disable Firewall: You can disable the firewall of your antivirus or of Windows defender. Once you do the notices should start working again.
  • Click on the Mihoyo icon: Press the Escape-Key. Go to the community option which will redirect you to the site. Click on the Mihoyo icon and your problem should get fixed.
  • Delete the Web cache folder: Go to your Genshin Impact folder in this location Genshin Impact\Genshin Impact game\GenshinImpact_Data\. Here you can see a webCaches folder. Delete this folder and verify the game.

Here are some general fixes that you can try to use to fix the issues.

  • Restart the game: An age-old trick but one that just might do the trick.
  • Log out of the game: Log out of your account and close the game. Then restart the game and log in again.
  • Restart your device: Another generic trick that can work wonders is to simply restart the device you play it on.
  • Reinstall the game: This fix is a bit too much but can help you in case any files got corrupted. Since the game will be freshly installed it has a higher chance of everything working properly.
