Where to Find Njord in AC Valhalla
To find Njord in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you must complete a bunch of missions in Asgard first. Yes, there are various Mysteries and World Events that you would not be able to unlock them until or unless you complete these main quests.
You simply need to push through then synch and check out the map very frequently. The same applies to Audumbla the primordial cow as well. Once you are done doing that, you will have to command a boat and go to the small island northeast of Heimdall’s Tower. There, you will find Njord, lamenting over Skadi and her lust over his perfect legs.

AC Valhalla: How to Complete Njord’s Lament World Event
To complete the Njord’s Lament World event in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, walk him to your boat and then steer to the Southeast, just to the left of the huge rock jutting out of the water. As soon as you reach the opposite shore, you will witness two braziers burning there.
You will have to use those two braziers as your guide and make landfall right between them. Once you have disembarked, so will Njord, and then proceed to swim into the ocean. If you really want to listen to what he has to say then you will have to follow him but the World Event will be completed the moment you both exit the boat.
