Users of Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch Lite received a new update (10.0.2) on April 29, 2020. It does not have any huge changes apart from system stability improvements to improve user experience. They have also fixed an issue with incorrect joystick control. So if users were expecting a major update for Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite, this isn’t that one.

We have fixed an issue where a Nintendo Switch console with system menu version 10.0.0 or 10.0.1 does not set up a new Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, sometimes causing incorrect joystick control.
How to Update?
Nintendo Switch will update automatically when connected to the internet most of the times. But if you want to manually update it, you can start the update from the System Settings menu. In case you are having trouble with this, restart your console and try one more time.
