Nier Replicant The Ballad Of The Twins Quest Walkthrough
To get this quest started, you will have to have a talk with a villager in Villager’s Tavern. He will ask you to speak with Devola and Popola. You can easily find Devola on the right-hand side of the Tavern while Popola can be found in her office in the Library.
When you have a talk with Popola, she will ask you for a Drink from the Tavern in Seafront. To continue this quest, you will have to find the Tavern at the Southern end of Seafront’s main road. When you get there, the Tavern Keeper will ask you to bring five Lizard tails and five Mouse Tails to make the drink that Popola had asked for.
Mouse Tail Location
To find Mouse and collect Mouse tail, you will have to head over to Junk Heap: Outside. There are numerous players who reported to have found enough Mouse Tails at this location. There are two locations where you can easily catch mice. If you don’t know what these locations are then check out the following map.
What makes collecting Mouse tails easy in Nier Replicant is if you exit the area and re-enter, Mouse will respawn, making it easier to collect the required mouse tails. So, visit the mentioned location again and again until you collect five Mouse tails.
Lizard Tail Location
To find Lizard and collect Lizard tails, you will have to go all the way to Northern Plains. This location might be a lot bigger than Junk Heap: Outside but catching Lizard in Nier Replicant is way easier than a mouse. There are three specific locations where you can easily find Lizard in Nier Replicant. The first one is being in the middle of the map while the second and third spots are located very close to each other in the Eastern Part of Northern Plains.
Similar to Mouse, if you exit the area and re-enter, Lizard will respawn, making it easier for you to collect as many as Lizard tail is required to complete the Ballad of the Twins quest.
Once you have obtained the required Mouse and Lizard tails, head back to the Tavern Keeper and give them to make a drink that Popolad had asked for. When you give a drink to Popola, she will give you a reward.
