There are quite a few decisions you have to make in Nier Replicant and this quest is no different. In this part, you have to choose between telling the Lighthouse Lady the truth or lie to her. Nier Replicant Lighthouse Lady Choice – Which to Choose?
You will be asked to pick one of two choices during The Lighthouse Lady’s Wrath quest. Should you:
- Give her the letter and perpetuate the lie.
- Tell her that her lover is dead.
One option will let her know the real truth and the other will make her happy. She will be over the moon if she gets her lover’s letter. She will exclaim that life is wonderful. But, if truth is what you go for then you must tell her that her lover is dead. Even though she will find it tough to take in, she will tell you that she had an inkling about it. This will make her sad but it is the reality.
When you choose this, Weiss tells her that her lover perished many years ago. The Lady continues that she wants you to forget about ever having this conversation. That’s because the whole town has worked on this story solely to make her happy. She says she will carry on as if she is none the wiser.
Tell her the Truth or Lie?
How does the choice impact the story outcome? Well, it does not. There is no effect of this particular decision on the story or the ending. No matter what you choose between truth or lie, you will get the reward of 1000 Gold for completing the quest. So, you can pick whichever option you like at that point of time because all that will change is the Lighthouse Lady’s reaction.
