For those who don’t know, Nidavellir Ore is a reward for completing the side quest, “In Service of Asgard.” This quest is a Favor that will require Kratos and Atreus to destroy 3 Rigs somewhere around Nidavellir. Destroying the Rigs will reward you with Nidavellir Ores in GoW Ragnarok. Although, here’s the location of all the 3 Rigs across Nidavellir for your reference:

  • Modvitnir’s Rig – Located on the Southwestern side of the Bay of Bounty
  • Radsvinn’s Rig – Located on the Eastern side of the Bay of Bounty
  • Althjof’s Rig – Located on the Western side of the Bay of Bounty.

Further, keep in mind that destroying the Rigs is not a piece of cake as there will be enemies attacking you in the meanwhile. Moreover, the Nidavellir Ores can be used to craft the following items in GoW Ragnarok:
