13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim has an Analysis section that has various Mystery Files. They are locked and you will need Mystery Points to unlock them. The more you explore the world the more hidden secrets are revealed via the Analysis section of the game. So earning Mystery Points is one of the primary requirements of the game.
Without Mystery Points, you cannot unlock Mystery Files and find out what is inside them. As you start playing completing a few starting objectives will reward you with Mystery Points. You will have to complete all Destruction Missions properly to unlock Mystery Points in 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. But there is more to do.
There are some bonus stages in Destruction Missions. They can provide you with additional Mystery Points. It is not easy to access the bonus stages you will have to level up a bit.
