The first Episode of Moon Knight Season 1 was aired in March 2022 and the S1 ended with 6 Episodes. But after that, there was no update on the new seasons. There is no official info released from the producer’s end. And if you have seen all the episodes of Moon Knight S1, and looking for details on what happens next, then keep reading.

Moon Knight Season 1 The last episode has an end-credit scene that introduces a new persona, Jake Lockley. He shares the same body with Marc Spector and Steven Grant. Marc is a mercenary, Steven is a millionaire and Jake is a cab driver. During the episodes, you would have noticed that Marc is more ruthless compared to Steven. The post-credit scene of the last episode shows Jake Lockley, now serving the Moon God Khonshu, and killing Arthur Harrow inside a white limo.

Jake pulls out Arthur of the hospital and kills him in the car. This is what the post-credits revealed, and then there was nothing. Based on this speculation Moon Knight will be getting a new face, Jake Lockely who is more ruthless compared to Marc. It is unclear how and when he takes over Marc’s body.

Moon Knight S2 Release Date

Moon Knight S2 is unannounced and unconfirmed due to many reasons. According to The Hollywood Reporter Jeremy Slater, the head writer of the series has left the project. This has made the S2 release uncertain. Mohamed Diab Leading Director, has not yet revealed any further information about Moon Knight S2. There are no leaks about the cast of the second season.

Moon Knight is considered to be more like a Mini-Series. Ended with only six episodes, it looks like Disney+ writers are more focused on Loki and other new series. Moon Knight S1 has received positive reviews from the viewers, and there is an interest in S2 also. But as it looks key people who were working on the project moved out, which may have caused the halt in the product of Moon Knight S2.
