You can find the Rock Roses in 6 locations in the Sandy Plains.
- There is one in Sector 2 immediately on your left as you enter the camp.
- You can find one on the ridge between Sector 4 and Sector 5.
- The next location is slightly higher in Sector 9 right under the number 9 on the map.
- After this head for Sector 12 and go in the north direction.
- There are 3 Desert Roses in Sector 10 and they are pretty easy to spot.
- The next one is slightly west of Sector 11 on one of the cliffs.
Unlike the other items required for the Economic Stimulation quest, Rock Roses are not that difficult to find. They spawn easily and can be identified easily too. You might be able to find some more that spawn in and around the Sandy Plains biome. If you have the Geologist skill equipped it will make it, even more, easier to find them on the map.
