Mortal Kombat 11 Show Mercy Move Use, Not Dead Yet Trophy Guide

mortal kombat 11 show mercy guide

Showing mercy is unheard of in Mortal Kombat and it really goes against everything the franchise stands for but there is a way you can give back a bit of health to your opponents if you feel like wreaking more damage and destroying them again.

Mortal Kombat 11 is already here and it is jam-packed with all the gruesomely awesome things you’d come to expect with the Mortal Kombat franchise. Though as you navigate your way through all the attacks and defenses with all the characters having a ton of moves there isn’t much time or usually enemy health to try out all the move and if you feel like you missed out on something you can always “Show Mercy” to your opponent and give a bit of their health back to them.

How to Show Mercy in Mortal Kombat 11

Showing Mercy is something that may not attract a lot of players but there is a “Not Dead Yet” trophy if you do this 10 times. Showing Mercy will offer the opponent a bit of health back and gives them a chance again.

To activate this you need to first, beat your opponent down until you hear Finish Him/Her and then press down + L2 thrice at mid-range for this to work.

You could alternately smash down + L2 repeatedly after you hear the call to finish your opponents.

A couple of the Brutalities in the game will only trigger if you Show Mercy to your opponent.

Showing Mercy will also grant you 15000 points each time you perform it when you complete the ladder in Klassic or Time Tower.

Mortal Kombat 11 is available now for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
