How to teleport in Minecraft on PC?
In order to teleport in Minecraft, you need to follow some simple steps:
Step 1: Launch Minecraft on your PC or Laptop and choose the desired world to load.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Single Player’ option and select the creative world to load. You can also load a new world by choosing the ‘Create New World’ option that you will see at the bottom of your computer screen. Notably, the creative world must have the cheats enabled.
Step 3: Tap on ‘Play Selected World’ option to load the selected world. While creating a new world, make sure you have chosen ‘Creative mod’. Now, you will have to click on the ‘Create New World’ option again to load the world.
Step 4: Now, it is time to decide the desired place to teleport in Minecraft. The game has certain coordinates (X, Y and Z), helping you to find the location of a specific player. The ‘X’ coordinate is located in the east or west of the spawn point. The ‘Z’ coordinate can be found in the north or south of the spawn point. While the ‘Z’ coordinate is an elevation which can be discovered above the bedrock.
- Y:63 is the sea level
- In order to check your current coordinates in Minecraft, you will have to press the keys – F3, Fn+F3 for Windows and Mac, or Alt+Fn+F3 if you are on newer Mac systems.
Step 5: Load the console by using the ‘/’ key on your keyboard.
Step 6: After getting into the teleport command, you are required to type in ‘teleport name x y z’ into the console. Notably, you need to replace the name with your username, ‘X’ coordinates must be replaced with east/west coordinate to where you wish to travel, ‘Y’ and ‘Z’ coordinates with the vertical coordinate, and north/south coordinate respectively.
After selecting a positive value for X and Z coordinates, the distance will rise towards both east and south side. On the other hand, when you select a negative value, the distance will rise towards the west or north.
Step 7: After doing this, you need to press the ‘Enter’ button. Doing this will teleport your character to the chosen coordinates.
