Once you are in Nokron Eternal City, use the rooftops to access the central hub of the city. Here you will see a fog wall to fight the Mimic Tear boss. This boss will be the exact copy of your character. So make sure to remove all your weapons and gear, then equip them again once the boss fight starts. This is the easiest way to make the boss spawn without weapons and make it easy to beat.

After the fight, go down from the Site of Grace in Ancestral Woods to reach Night’s Sacred Ground. You will see an archway ahead from the Site of Grace. Now do not drop to the ground, but to the building ahead of you, then take right and reach the archway you saw from the Site of Grace. Keep going till you find a chapel. Use a Stonesword Key and remove to fog. Go inside, beat the enemy guarding the altar, and collect Mimic Tear Ashes from the cheat there.
