Mars is finally here to boss Dota 2, he was announced back in August but it took a bit of time before he was unveiled and now we have him as a playable character.
His page on the Dota 2 site describes him as “The warrior deity Mars thrives in the heart of strife, guarded by the bulk of a deadly shield as he skewers enemies with his legendary spear. He revels in facing opponents in an arena ringed with loyal spearmen—who guarantee that no one escapes and that whatever odds he’s facing, the god of war can dictate the terms of battle knowing the crowd is forever on his side.”
Here are the list of his abilities and ultimate
Mars can throw his spear to impale enemies to any trees or walls that the enemy might be in front of.
God’s Rebuke
A shield bash which knocks enemies behind and will do pretty decent damage to its enemies.
Bulwark
Mars can easily block any attack from the side
Arena of Blood
The ultimate ability is truly fascinating as he builds a Stonehenge sort of a structure around him, outside enemies cannot penetrate and those who are trapped inside will be downed by his undead warriors.
