Where to Find Map Fragments in Elden Ring?
Limgrave West Map Fragments in Elden Ring
To get to the map fragment location in Elden Ring, you need to go to the center of the Gatehouse Ruins Camp, and pick it from the body of the pillar.
Limgrave East Map Fragments in Elden Ring
Go to the south via Mistwood. You will find the map fragment pillar near the giant Erdtree.
Weeping Peninsula Map Fragments in Elden Ring
Once you get to the Weeping Peninsula map location in Elden Ring, you need to cross the Bridge of Sacrifice and keeping moving towards the south. On your way, you will find a castle further in the distance. Once you see the castle, start looking for the map pillar towards the right of the road. When doing so, beware of the Ruin Golem Archer.
Caelid
Once you arrive at the Site of Grace at the Rotview Balcony, keep moving towards the east. The road will soon begin to head towards and past the Smoldering Wall Site of Grace before it again proceeds to the east. You will find the map pillar for the fragments once you pass the sleeping dragon.
Dragonbarrow
Keep travelling east once you arrive at the Rotview Baclony Site of Grace in East Limgrave. Continue heading east until you reach the Site of Grace at Dragonbarrow West. You will find the pillar for the fragments along the eastern road.
East Liurnia
Head westwards from the Site of Grace at the Lake-Facing Cliffs. You need to pass the soldier camp and keep moving until you arrive at the Site of Grace at the shores of Liurnia Lake. Here, you need to head into the waterlogged road until you arrive at the map fragments pillar location.
North Liurnia
Go to the Site of Grace at the Academy Gate Town. From here, move towards the northwest from the shores of Lake Liurnia’s Site of Grace. Keep moving until you arrive at the sunken gate academy town towards your right. This road is filled with treacherous enemies, so beware.
West Liurnia
Keep moving on the road that transverses the length of West Liurnia. As you make your way on this road, you will walk past the Four Belfries, the military camp, and the convoy. As you continue to move forward, you will arrive at the location of the Elden Ring map fragments pillar.
Altus Plateau
Upon receiving both halves of the Dectus Medallion and successfully activating the Grand Lift of Dectus, you need to move on the road that goes to the Altus Plateau. Once you arrive at a fork in the road, head right and keep proceeding until you come across the fragments map pillar towards your left.
Mount Gelmir
The location of this map pillar in Elden Ring is a little tricky to get to. To get to this place, you need to climb mountains, as the bridge you would normally need to take is broken.
As you keep moving from the Site of Grace at the Bridge of Iniquity, you need to search for a ladder. Upon finding one, climb it and then keep moving forward until you arrive at the soldier camp with the siege tower. Towards the far end, you will spot an area where you can jump from to get to the next cliff. You need to look for both, the Grafted Scion as well as marionette enemies as you keep climbing the ladder up the cliff face ahead of you.
You need to continue climbing until you reach the soldier camp. Once you make it to the camp, head left and make your way across the wooden rope bridge. Once you jump to the boss crater with the help of the Spirit Spring, go to the rocky outcrop towards the west and make your way over the gap.
You need to keep going down until you make your way to the map pillar and the Site of Grace at the Road of Iniquity.
Leyndell Royal Capital
Once you go up the stairs and into the city, you will pass a couple of Tree Sentinels, after which you will come across a Site of Grace, a golden sapling, and the pillar to the map fragment in Elden Ring.
Siofra River
To get to the location of this map pillar, you need to head into the Mist Wood. From here, you need to keep going underground. Next, take the lift and make your way past the large crab. You need to keep moving until you arrive at the Siofra River Bank Site of Grace. You need to move to the east, pass the pillar and then look for a body lying next to the steps of the temple. This body will have the map.
West Mountaintops of the Giants
Keep moving along a track close to the opening of the Grand Life of Rold. You will come across the map pillar towards the right of this track.
East Mountaintops Map Fragments in Elden Ring
Make your way to the south from the Site of Grace at Whiteridge Road and through the fort. Move across the chain bridge, and you will find the map pillar here.
