Crafting Nuts and Bolts in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a simple process, but requires a bit of gathering first. It is a two-star Appetizer in the DDLV: ‘A Rift in Time’ expansion and here are all the ingredients you need.
Nuts and Bolts Recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The ingredients you need to craft Nuts and Bolts are 1x Robot Fish and Almonds.
Robot Fish
Catching a Robot Fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley requires some specific steps:
You can only catch Robot Fish on Eternity Isle. This area becomes accessible after completing the “The Port of Many Worlds” and “The Secrets of Eternity Isle” quests.
There are two spots on Eternity Isle where Robot Fish can be found:
- The Docks: Look for the gold (orange) shimmering ripples in the water.
- The Overlook: This area is located to the left of The Docks, initially blocked by small sandstone rocks. Once you obtain the pickaxe upgrade during Eve’s quest “The Flying Metal Nuisance,” you’ll be able to clear these rocks and access the Overlook.
Miracle Fishing Bait is a special fishing bait, obtained during Merlin’s quest “Working Miracles,” can turn regular white ripples into gold ripples for a limited number of casts. This can increase your chances of finding a Robot Fish. There’s also an “Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait” version that offers even more casts with the gold ripple effect.
You’ll need the Royal Fishing Rod to catch fish in Dreamlight Valley. This tool is unlocked by completing the “The Royal Tools” quest.
Almonds
Almonds can be found in several areas:
- The Grasslands
- The Promenade
- The Grove
- The Lagoon
Look for small, bushy plants with brown almonds hanging from them. Interact with the plant to harvest two almonds at a time.
Crafting Nuts and Bolts
- Once you have both ingredients, head to any cooking station in the Valley.
- Interact with the pot to open the cooking menu.
- Look for the recipe called “Nuts and Bolts.”
- Select the recipe and confirm to cook it. And there you have it! You’ve successfully crafted Nuts and Bolts.
Nuts and Bolts can be sold for a good price (around 866 Star Coins). However, eating them provides a significant energy boost (around 3,195 energy). For more Disney Dreamlight Valley crafting recipes, be sure to explore our guides on Gamer Tweak.
