How do the Madtale Tier Rankings Work
S Tier
Characters from the S Tier are a must-have in Madtale. They are quite easily the best in the game. If you want to build an overpowered team then make sure you choose a majority of characters from the S Tier.
A Tier
Characters from this tier are a valuable addition to any team in Madtale. The A-tier characters are not too far behind the S-tier. They excel in most areas, so you need not worry.
B Tier
B Tier characters are usually average but quite decent during early game. But as you keep progressing in Madtale, you should swap them with higher-tier characters.
C Tier
Characters under the C tier are below average and usually offer little to no help in battle. You will realize this even if you use them just once. Steer clear of them unless you have no option whatsoever.
D Tier
Lastly, we have the dreaded D Tier in Madtale. They are easily the weakest characters in the game. You will do more damage than good if you end up choosing them for your team.
