You will be able to enter Abattoir of Zir only after you have successfully completed the Season Of Blood Journey. Once you have completed the journey, you can start crafting the Bloodforged Sigil recipe. You will have to craft this recipe at the Occultist. Make sure you have enough Sigil Powder, as it is the key ingredient of this recipe. You will require 60,000 Gold and 800 Sigil Powder.
After the process is complete, access it from your inventory and consume it. You will then have to enter the portal that appears in the city of Ked Bardu. As you step into the portal, you will reach Abattoir of Zir.
