To learn this ability, you must find a Haki Scroll for an NPC known as Ex-Shogun Daichi. If only you manage to find this scroll, you will get to learn Haki. How to Get Haki in Legacy Piece

To learn Haki in Legacy Piece, you must interact with Ex-Shogun Daichi. This NPC is found on Haki Island, which is located on the southern side of Foosha Island (the starting area). You will need a Boat to reach Haki Island. One more thing: Before you go there and talk to Ex-Shogun Daichi, I suggest you rank up your character to 10+ Levels.

Once on the Haki Island, climb to the top of the longest mountain. There, you will find the Ex-Shogun Daichi standing near his hut. Interact with him, and he will give you the task of finding the Haki Scroll.

Once you have received the task of finding the Haki Scroll, get down the mountain. From there, head to the right side and find the scroll behind a tree.

The land near this tree consists of partly sand and grass so you can find it easily. Collect the Haki Scroll and take it back to Ex-Shogun Daichi; he will give you the final task of defeating King Gorilla and King Lion. Both of these Bosses are located on Haki Island. Defeat them and talk to Daichi again to learn Haki in Legacy Piece.
