The Kraken Rod in Fisch is a highly sought-after fishing rod due to its stats. It can be obtained from the Kraken Pool which isn’t very easy to access because you must complete a few puzzles to get there. This is where you can catch The Kraken, an Exotic fish available during the Kraken hunt. Here’s everything you need to do to get the rod, plus, its stats and best enchantments.
How to Get to the Kraken Pool in Atlantis in Fisch
There are 4 puzzles each with its clock wheel. There’s one in Sunken Depths, Ethereal Abyss, Poseidon Temple, and the Zeus Trial. When you complete the trials (except the Poseidon Trial which doesn’t need to be completed to get access to the clock) and open the vault doors, you should come across a clock with symbols in different colors.
You must set the hand of the clock to the right symbol to get access to the Kraken Pool in Fisch. Press the red arrow at the bottom of the clock to move the hand and the circular button to confirm it. If it’s correct, the buttons will disappear and the hand will start to move.
Clock Wheel Symbols for Every Trial in Fisch
- Zeus Trial Clock Wheel – Set the hand to the Moon symbol
- Sunken Depths Clock Wheel – Set the hand to the Lyre/Harp symbol
- Ethereal Abyss Clock Wheel – Set the hand to the Helmet symbol
- Poseidon Clock Wheel – Set the hand to the Sickle/Scythe symbol (GPS coordinates: -4278.8, -679.3, 1109.9)
Note that if you fail twice in a row, your character will die. Moreover, the wheels will reset if you leave the server.
There will also be the Kraken Pool Clock Wheel where you need to set the hand to the Spear symbol. This can be accessed by going back to the main Atlantis area where you spawned and going underwater from there. Keep diving and you’ll notice that the first gate is opened, but there’s another orange-red vault to open. The Clock is right next to it.
Solving this final part of the puzzle correctly opens up the pathway that gives you access to the Kraken Pool which is where you can purchase the Kraken Rod in Fisch.

- Kraken’s Power: For every 50 catches, the player is guaranteed to catch a Legendary, Mythical, or Exotic fish from their unlocked bestiary. If the current fishing location has no Exotic fish in its bestiary and the Kraken Rod selects an Exotic, the player will receive a random Exotic, including Megalodons.
- Double Haul: The Rod has a 10% chance to double your catch.
- Kraken’s Curse: There is a 5% chance to get a catch with the “Tentacle Surge” mutation.
