Citizen Crates and Diamonds are the most common rewards of Kingdom Conquerors codes. By opening those crates and equipping citizens you will be able to assign them to various works. There are different rarities of citizens, and higher rarities often have multiple or high levels in some skills.

How to Redeem Kingdom Conquerors Codes
