Call of Duty Warzone King Slayer Mode: How does it work?

This mode will take place in Verdansk and it is a Battle Royale game with a twist that will add more pace and excitement to it. It is a Team Deathmatch where the circle holds great importance but it will move around in this case. Instead of a circle that shrinks, the moving circle will ensure that players have to constantly change their location. This makes the battle more agile. As you kill enemies in this trios game mode, you get one point for each kill.

Now, you might ask, what’s the Kingslayer part? Basically, the top performers from the top five teams will be the Kings and will carry a flag. Hence, if you are the King, your location will be revealed to other players. If you eliminate the Kings, you get extra points and a free killstreak reward. To put it simply, in King Slayer Mode in Warzone, you get five points for slaying the King.

That’s everything you need to know about this new mode. It’s a special combination of the quickness of Warzone with the more traditional Modern Warfare Team Deathmatch format. You can give it a shot in Call of Duty Warzone on PC, PS4 and Xbox One right away.

Apart from the King Slayer Mode in Warzone, there’s a new weapon called the FiNN LMG that has been added to Modern Warfare and Warzone. We will be explaining how to unlock this weapon too, so keep an eye on Gamer Tweak’s COD guides.
