Joker had been announced long back as a playable character for quite some time now, and with it, the character design along with it, the finishers and the special type of moves the character will have. Well, now NetherRealm has finally released the trailer for Joker.
2019 was a big year for the Joker character, after being announced as a character in Mortal Kombat 11, Joker had a movie release which shined a spotlight on Joker. NetherRealm had a previous version of the Joker with the Injustice games.
The Joker introduced in Mortal Kombat 11 seems to be a bit different, it feels like this Joker is a combination and homage to all the versions of Joker that has appeared on the screen.
The haunting white face and big red smile are the major characteristics, but along with it, Joker brings his whacky guns, and humor to the game. One of the other things that make Joker such a well-known character is his raspy voice.
The voice of Joker reminds of a version of Mark Hamil provided for Batman The Animated Series and will be a fun little thing that will resonate with a lot of fans of the character.
Joker is part of the DLC and you can check out Joker’s moves in the trailer above. The DLC will be releasing on January 28th for early access. Mortal Kombat 11 is developed by NetherRealm and is available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia.
