What is Item Durability in Diablo 4?
When your character dies in Diablo 4, your gear items will lose 10% durability. Once the durability reaches 0, the item will be termed broken and you cannot use it unless you repair it. As long as you don’t go and get it repaired, you will simply block your own inventory space.
Currently, the items you collect seem to be starting with a durability of 100. Keep in mind, even rare items will lose their durability if you die too often in Diablo 4.
How to Repair Broken Items in Diablo IV
