How to Get Inferno Hide and Cryoskin in Fisch

Published Date :

After the new Mariana’s veil update, you require Inferno Hide to get the heat upgrade and Cryoskin for the Ice upgrade for your submarine. Both have low rarity, but despite this, players are having a hard time catching it. This guide will walk you through the steps to obtain both items

How to Get Inferno Hide in Fisch

Inferno Hide is a Common item, found in the fiery Volcanic Vents. This lava-filled area is the first zone you’ll encounter in Mariana’s Veil.

Fishing Requirements

  • Bait: Garbage Bait increases your chances of attracting Inferno Hide.
  • Rod: Use a rod with low luck and low weight capacity, like the Flimsy Rod or Training Rod. But players have also obtained the Inferno hide with a higher-level fishing rod, so it depends on luck.

Once you have hooked this fish, a bell sound plays, and a red exclamation mark appears above your character’s head. Interestingly, a -20% progress speed decrease applies when reeling so make sure to complete the fishing minigame successfully.

Here’s the fishing spot:

How to Get Cryoskin in Fisch

Cryoskin is a common item found in the Challenger’s Deep, an icy biome that requires strategy and preparation to navigate. This frozen area is accessible after descending from the Volcanic Vents.

  • Bait: You can use any bait to catch Cryoskin, but players have had better chances with Garbage.
  • Rod: Using Flimsy rod is proven to be useful for players.

Cryoskin moves slowly across the fishing bar, making it relatively easy to reel in. Similar to Inferno Hide, when you hook this, a red exclamation appears above your character’s head and a -20% progress speed penalty applies when reeling it in.

Here’s how to get to the fishing spot:

Ensure you have plenty of the recommended bait before heading out because you will need a lot of attempts to catch them.
